I have been yo yo diet all my life. My lightest weight was when I was 28 done WW. was 62kg. I now have ripped tendon in shoulder and hip and degenerative spine. I also have just been diagnosed with Limpodema. Making walking difficult.

Exercise before food
Am I better off exercising before I have my first meal. Or should I do it a couple of hours after my first meal does it make a difference in burning the fat. Thanks
