Keto for 90 days…dropped 25 pounds. No added sugar. No beer. No crap food. Started weight training around mid September and adding back carbs to maintain weight, dropped another 10 pounds. Currently trying to find that magic daily intake to steady my weight in the 165-170 range. Recently added one glass per day of red wine to the diet plan.

I don’t shy away from giving tough love style advice and I take some heat from members here who seem afraid to speak the truth about nutrition and healthy habits and behaviors. I guess I can be an asshole, but I mean well.

For the love of all that’s sacred, please stop overcooking hard boiled eggs. Green isn’t good.
