What is Up??
Ok, thank you everyone. I will take the advice. @an00bis, I don't think you should stop posting that information, even though you may feel like you're repeating yourself. I guess people like me who don't know any better right now should get the information. It's very appreciated. So now I guess I will add on some more calories. Shoot, and I was just getting it down to a science...

What is Up??
Evil or Very Mad I started dieting 6/7. I started gradually first by reducing my caloric intake [from whatever it was!!!] to between 1200 - 1500 calories, watching first just the fat and sugar.

I keep a food journal so I know exactly what my eating was like that day, what foods blow my daily goal and by how much, and which keep me in line. I transferred my food journal spreadsheet to fatsecret when I discovered it online yesterday so now I don't have the tedious process of calculating everything; when I add a food, fatsecret computes the calories, fat, protein, carb, and sugar intakes for me...wonderful!

Each week I gradually lowered my calorie, fat, and carb intake to 500, 15g, and 30g daily. That's where I am at now. I'm not feeling sick, weak, or fatigue. I vary exercise daily between treadmill, stationary bike, and aerobics a minimum of 20 - 30 minutes each day.

However, I have only lost 2 pounds!!! One of those weeks, I actually gained 2 pounds. I started at 165 on 06/7, and Sunday I weighed in at 162 pounds!

My fat wants to hold on I see. But if I am capable of losing only .5 pounds a week, as opposed to hearing other people's stories of 5-10 pounds each week, so be it. [Two girls in my office lost between 25 and 34 in just nine weeks!]

It has been discouraging but I look at the bright side. If I were stranded without food, my fat would keep me alive for a while! Laughing
