Age issues
Thank you for that suggestion. I'm having issues with cleaning out my system...very sluggish. I eat lots of fruit and veggies...salads, so thought that would help too. Nothing so far. I don't like to use laxatives. Been drinking lots of water. I think once I actually start to lose regularly this might clear up? Anyway, I can do partial fasts, but not all day fasts. Health reasons. Will give it a try. Sure can't hurt, right? Be blessed!

Age issues
I have been on synthroid for years because of my hypothyroidism....but never struggled with weight gain like this is specific places until the last 4 years. I know exercise, fruits and veggies plus good protein are the answers....I will keep on keeping on and I'm grateful for your concerns...."mama said there'd be days like this!!"Laughing

Age issues
Anyone over 65 having issues with slow metabolism? I eat good foods, fruits, veggies, protein but can't seem to lose much. Have gained mostly around middle and backside...just started over again with Fat Secret and am hoping for better results this time. I am walking 2 miles/day right now and hope to increase it as time goes on.
