Rubykate is right. In order to break a food seduction you must go without for at least 2 weeks. I have dark chocolat in my house all the time, but only have a small portion maybe once a week. Diet drinks are always available as well as fruit, especially berries. I buy frozen blueberries and strawberries and whizz them up with cottage cheese for breakfast and keep leftovers in a jar in the freezer for when I need something sweet. A spoonful is often plenty.
