57 yr. Old widow needing to lose 57 lbs. I'm gonna do this quickly in two months by eating very little every 4 to 5 hrs. that I'm awake, and walking FAST for 40 minutes a day with my dog. It seems to be working. I'm gonna look all saggy and big time old at the end of it, but I'll be 57lbs. less!! Oh my gosh.....might not even need a hip replacement!! My osteoarthritis will thank me! Might even be able to sleep without pain!! This is where I need support....I've been diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, and can't eat raw veggies, most berries, or nuts. What the heck, right? That's what I LIVED on! I'm gonna have to learn how to eat a whole new way. Can't just grab and go. Probably have to prepare stuff! THAT'S what I'm gonna have to psych myself up for AFTER I lose my weight!!

So, after losing 50 more pounds,(and being 59 years old) does anyone wholeheartedly recommend tummy tuck/facelift/batwing reduction surgery?
