Just trying to lose some weight. Well, more than some. About two monkey's worth. I remember when I was younger carrying about a hundred pounds thinking that I would never want to weigh that much because I could hardly walk. I passed that mark and beyond. I tried everyone's suggestions for years. Now my body is my own experiment to find the real truth.

Daily Calorie Target Seems High
This site's calculator uses a CICO (pronounced psycho for a reason) approach to determine weight loss. My TDEE is 2700 calories and as long as I at least get close to it I see weight loss. I also eat almost no carbs and <100 grams of protein a day. I wish I didn't jump off the bandwagon as much so I could just get rid of this extra weight already. As long as it keeps going down, no problem. The way I see it is I lose weight without starving. I only restrict carbs. It's amazing how many carbs are in flavored drinks, breads, grains, packaged snacks, etc. Just kick those to the curb. You don't need any of it.
