I'm a mother of 2 beautiful boys. Ages 4 and 7...both finally in school...no more daycare! Savings galore!:o) I work for the Fed Gov as a Trainer and I LOVE TO EAT! I was always in pretty good shape in my younger days but age and time has messed with my metabolism. Having 2 kids did not help but I did the Bernstein Diet after each one to get back to my normal weight. I admit, I didn't do the "maintenance" long enough and it eventually did horrible things for my hair, body and digestive system! Doing a new round of Weight Watchers now and I can't wait to be skinny again!
