Seems to be going good...i been drinking so much water that i feel full most of the day so i dont even think about eatting to much during the day which is nice... cuz thats when it gets hard, have to look at the boxes to see calories and things like that and think about what im having for dinner and if it will all be under the 2000 calories i set for my self. So as of right now water is my friend and is getting me through the day pretty easily hopefully i can keep this up

SO Last night was pretty hard trying to keep the food portions down calorie wise and didn't help my mom just keep saying what we had to eat anyways i ended the night with 25 calories from the 2000 calorie diet im on so i was really happy with that but i didn't have my ice cream which was probably the hardest part of last night lol.
We had some issues in the neighborhood of some people robbing a house and the cops looking for the guy in our backyard waking up everyone in the house in the middle of the night was unbelievably hard trying to go back to sleep so i could get up in time to go to the gym. My day would of be hard if i did lack of sleep and trying to push my self at the gym i would of been burnt out by the end of the gym time. Now i am starting the day off right big bottle of water next to me and always looking at the nutrtion facts before i eat so i know how much to eat. Feels like a never ending journey but have to keep going lol
