No idea how I gained .2 lbs while eating less than 80% of RDI. Protein was not on target and carbs were high. No exercise yesterday so perhaps the RDI is wrong since it is based upon moderate exercise.

I read today that for weight loss one should shoot for higher ratios of protein and fats to carbs. To make target goals easy I am going to shoot for: Protein 50%, Carbs 20%, Fat 30%. By pre selecting meals and inputting them into My Fat Secret (food), I can not only see the projected caloric intake but I can also see the impact on protein, carbs and fat ratios.
