I'm almost 5'3', 22 years old. I've gone through many ups and downs of gaining and losing pounds. I was so skinny in High School, very active, and was able to eat whatever I wanted. Once I stopped playing volleyball year round, I gained so much weight by my first year of college I barely fit into any of my clothes (139 lbs).

I recently graduated with my Bachelor's degree and am down about 30 pounds since I was a college freshman (thank you half-marathon). Still, I want to be able to fit in the cute designer clothes without feeling guilty about my eating habits. I want to be able to wear the bathing suits packed way in the back of my drawer because they don't fit my hips well.

<---I did this photoshoot last fall and felt so insecure, at 118 pounds I was sucking it in as much as possible...This is my official before picture for my new weight loss goal.

I lost the weight before and I guess staying on track is my real problem. I will stop making excuses. Just because I'm at a healthy weight doesn't mean I don't need motivation too.

It even gives you tips on how often to exercise.

Then use FatSecret to set your RDI and log in ALL of your calories and exercise. The phone app makes it easy to find out how many calories something is before you even eat it. Then you can think about if the food is worth it and track your day to day progress.

Looking for buddies!
Hey future FS friends!

I just joined a few days ago and I really love this site. Unfortunately I barely have any buddies. So...I'm looking for some people to talk to and keep me motivated.

My goal is to lose about 12-13 pounds for the summer. I'm already within a healthy weight but I want to tone up for bikini season. So please don't hate and especially don't try to date me haha. I just want some people to talk to so we can keep up with each other's progress.
