WHAT AM I DOING WRONG???
Hi I think that your main focus is on eating right and continue to work on that. You have to incorporate exercise in your life to lose that kind of weight. I have not viewed your food journal yet, but I believe that if you exercise(That will start you to losing again). Your body has became use to that routine and you have to continue to shock your body for results. Find a simple exercise first and start off with three times a week of just walking. When you notice that it is becoming easy then increase you exercise or speed. TRY TO DO A WEEK CHALLENGE WITH EXERCISE AND WEIGHT YOURSELF TO SEE IF IT WORKS

Ketosis? Could someone please explain to me why I am in high ketosis and NOT losing weight!!!
I agree with greerp you body has to at least eat 1200 calories a day to burn any fat. You are working out very hard and no results( It is your diet). A low carb diet is fine, but you have to eat more. Take one week and increase your intake to 1300 to 1500 calorie you will see a big difference. Good Luck Smile
