I am 55 and since turning 50 struggle with blubbery belly fat. I have never had a flat stomach, but am now 7kg heavier than i have previously been and feel frumpy in everything i wear.
I am really carbohydrate sensitive and am following a LCHF diet.

Atkins Bars
the packaging for Atkins bars shows 2 grams of carbs, however fatsecret show them at 17grams. Not sure why there is such a large discrepancy. Even taking into consideration Carb Fibre is still shows as 15gms. Confusing
