How often should I weigh myself?
I agree with the others weekly or monthly but it does depend on the diet. I weigh myself weekly so I can adjust my intake and keep my body thinking that it needs to burn the calories. if you are not concerned with that then whatever makes you happy. you may want to increase your protein also or your carbs just to keep your body guessing that works best for me. the only down fall with daily is the physchological factor of not losing it quick enough to satisfy your own desires. JUST MY OPINION
