what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I was 290lbs at the beginning of this year. I am 214 lbs now still want a few more gone. 200 will probably be great. a little exercise and meal planning did the job and I learned how to cook some great healthy dishes in the process. My sister hooked me up to this program for 8 weeks and I just continued on my own after that and here I am. It's all about determination and keeping the promise we make to ourselves. no need to join these expensive programs but I can't lie if it wasn't for them, I wouldn't have started it. if you guys want to check them out.
