Need Help Figuring Out a Diet
It's hard to tell without knowing your weight. The BUS website recommends me (at 377 pounds, female) to eat 2100_2300 a day. I prefer to lose a little faster so I'm eating 1500-1700. Remember fat is NOT the demon, and carbs are, so "as many carbs as I see fit" is probably the wrong way round. I cook with lean minced meat, chicken minus skin, things like chilli can be stuffed full of sliced veggies like leeks carrots mushrooms th at you can skip or cut down the rice and not miss it.
