I need advice
They probably are things that are minimally processed and high in fiber and full of vitamins.
THings like vegetables even starchy ones are leaner, then even the most rustic wheat or rice or quinoa.

If you are doing a vegan thing though you have more liscence to eat more carbs and less fat.
If you are doing a paleo or high fat diet stick to veggies. Or a potato for cheat days
If you are on a more typical diet, brown rice and grains, and high quality or homemade bread. But they will have lots of calories so maybe for dinner or lunch.

Generally carbs are in a lot of things and you don't need as many a you think. So make sure that you eat ones with lots of vitamins that you can enjoy.

A good rule of thumb for low carb thinking... that one gram of fiber cancels out one gram of sugar for regular. High sugar foods without a lot of carbs would be harder to use. This isn't true for diet food.
For example while white potatoes aren't as sweet, they have more sugar and less fiber
so if you needed to eat one for nutrition purposes and not for a cheat day or recipe... then you could pick the sweet potato and get more nutrition.

Also a bowl of cheerios and a bowl of plain oatmeal with greek yogurt. The cheerios does have SOME fiber... but it has so much sugar, that even if you added a spoon to your oatmeal it would still be more nutritious because of vitamins and protein
