On Keto for about 4 weeks and down 13.5 lbs. Started at 208 with the highest in the last year being 221. Aim to get back to my 2002 weight of 168 lbs. Feeling much better on keto and do not miss any of my old foods like potato chips and sandwiches and everything potato. After years I feel I am in the correct mindset that the pain of change and cutting out comfort food is not as painful as being unhealthy, overweight and all of the other negative attitudes that come along with it.

Goals.

189 (under 190) mini goal
181 (under 13 stone) large goal
179 (under 180) mini goal
168 (6 month goal mid February 2018)

This Should take me to around 18% body fat.

1 Year goal to be under 10% fat (finally see my abs!!)

Then from there in keep fit and healthy.

Kudos to everyone on here that's trying to make a difference in their lives.
