Making progress
I discovered this amazing rye bread that is sold at our canteen at work. It is yummmmmy and filling. I tried the woolies rye but it tastes like cupboardConfused :. The bread is so good that I order a loaf every couple of week (the loaf is huge) and I freeze. Every morning I have a ham, egg and cheese sandwich and I wont feel hungry till around 15:00 (I eat the sandwich at around 08am or 9am). Since its summer, I enjoy having a salad in the evenings for supper, but when my daughter is around, I have to cook. Even so I weigh my food. Since I am a sucker for sweet things, I sneak in a chocolate every now and then. I have given up on trying to quick suger. I just have it in morderation. I run about 4km at least 3 times a week. I hate it, but its great in boosting energy levels. Hate strength training, but I try to squeeze it in now and again. Hell I hate exercising period...but I have to do it. Very Happy
