Happily married. Started dieting and lifting in 99' or 00' in an attempt to lose weight and to get stronger. I was a weak 220 pounds and within 6 months I got down to about 160 pounds. I've been addicted ever since. CICO, prioritizing protein and the other two macros fall where they may depending on what I want to eat, usually 50%+ carbs.

800 calories
1. You're not averaging 800 calories a day if you're not losing.
2. There is no starvation mode.

Milk included?
Cereal regularly includes milk but it will also include the cereal alone. Skim milk.
