Happily married to my beautiful Princesa father of 2 beautiful girls. 39 year old man who has been into lifting and dieting for 20+ years. CICO, prioritizing protein and the other two macros fall where they may depending on what I want to eat, usually 50%+ carbs.

Belly Fat
You can't target fat only reduce it over your entire body. Do that and eventually the belly fat will also be gone.

Don't be scared of Miller High Life beer
Calories are what matter. People should be afraid of alcohol because it lowers willpower to stay away from calorie dense food. It's fine in moderation.

Need Help Figuring Out a Diet
Carbs and fats are interchangeable. I'd also recommend more carbs than fat but really, the macro you want to pay attention to is protein. Just get some Greek yogurt, lean meats, protein shakes, etc. So 3100 calories and 160g of protein is all you need to worry about. The other two macros will most likely fall in a healthy range unless you're actively avoiding them.

That's the joke, no list exists because there are zero fat burning foods. Only protein will make a difference in CICO because of it's high thermic effect.
