My name is Denise. I'm 53 years old; a minimum of twenty pounds overweight.
I have three grown children and nine grandchildren ranging in age from 10 days to 11 years. They are my heart.
I have diabetes (non-insulin) and high blood pressure. My job as a Real Estate Title Examiner keeps me sedentary in the daytime and lack of motivation keeps me sedentary in the eveningtime.
I am a firm believer that the South Beach Diet will help me with all of the unhealthy issues I have. I'm counting on this site to be my encouragement for the short and long haul.
