Help - Stand Still on Weight Loss
I too have lost about 8 lbs. I will weigh in the am. Hope to break 150. I think that is good rate. I lost over 100 lbs about 4 years ago at a rate of 2 per week. It took me a year, but I have kept all but 15 lb off. That is because i let myself start eating all the bad carbs, fats and LOTS of wine. But I feel much better when I lay of that stuff. Just keep it up. Don't stay on phase one all the time. Have some good high fiber cearl with some yougt. You will make it.

Chicken Soup Substitute
I have made this soup a couple of times in the last 2 weeks. It is a great snack. It really feels good going down.

Coffee Creamer
I like the ff 1/2&1/2 best, but it has more calories but the non dairy has no sugar, but does have corn syrup solids. Whatever that is.
