Status on Elimination diet/food re-introduction.
BEEF!!! I can't believe it! I'm intollerant of BEEF!
I wan to cry. I LOVE my beef!
Pork I got a small reaction (a little gas), but there was no mistaking my reaction to beef.
In 2 days, I'll try to re-introduce dairy. I really really love my dairy.

Day 23, started adding foods back.
Pork is first.
Ate it 3x today, will monitor until thurs to see if i have any issues with it.
