Regrouping to finish the challenges
I seem to have had a hard time loosing any extra weight so I have revamped my thinking and exercise program to include more of everthing including riding my bike when I get home in the evening. I will gain a determination to get these extra pounds off!!

I am continuing my journey
I am continuing to try to eat right and continue my walking program and fitness programs. Some days it becomes difficult to get up early to do yoga or aerobics, but I have set it in my mind to continue on this path so I will do this!

yoga
went to my yoga class last night and it was great. So relaxing and makes a person feel so wonderful. Love it. I also try to do at least 30 min to an hour walking every day.
