I am 51 years old. I am married for 33 years. We have 2 grown boys age 30 and 27. One daughter in law :-) married to our 30 year old. My husband and I own a Mom and Pop style fast food restaurant. I still love french fries, but haven't had one since Jan 2nd 2012 :-) We have owned and operated it for 30 years! I work 6 days a week, often evenings. We take Wed. off together and usually whatever other time off we take is for family or friend activities. I enjoy reading, jewelry making, painting, do it yourself projects around the house, spending time with family and friends.
As far as my weight goes, I have always been pretty good about working out on my own. I am really 40 pounds over weight. I put my first goal at 160, I have been that weight several times in the last 10 years but never for long!! So I put that as my goal to get there maintain for a bit and then reevaluate I was at my heaviest at the beginning of this latest weight loss adventure. I am ready to do this.
