I am 38 years old and mother of 4. I tend to be an emotional eater and when I was younger my weight stayed at a steady pace but after my 4th child was born my weight has just gotten worse.
I am hoping to get down to 150 lbs by the end of February and the issue I have other then the emotional eating is knowing when to say stop as I have always been taught to eat everything on my plate so not to waste food. Because of this whenever there are left overs I tend to eat more so that the food did not go to waste so now I have to re teach myself not to over eat.

What time of day is it best to weight yourself?
Can someone tell me when the best time of day to weight yourself. Should you do it in the morning or in the evening.
I have been weighing myself in the evening after I work out but this morning I weighed myself and I was lighter then I was last night.

So when should I weigh myself?
