Hi and thank you for being here..I am back on FS because it is such a great tool for health and inspiration. I'm 60. I have one of those bodies genetically that looks like I have it easy (which in some ways I do and I appreciate). But I want to be stronger, healthier and replace a little fat with muscle if I can. I want to eat more healthfully. I have a small appetite that's easily satisfied by a piece of toast, or some other small amount of carbs. Since my pregnancy 17 years ago, I lost interest in sugar (used to be addicted). My trouble isn't keeping calories down--I have trouble keeping the nutrition up! I do not want to waste my appetite on empty calories. I want to pack in more variety and nutrition to care for my body and my mind. That's my statement of intent :) I am here to love my body and treat myself well. And to have fun seeing all the amazing food pictures and ideas. And to help cheer everybody on when I can.
