My goal is to become used to a low carb way of living. To get used to a healthier way of eating and not fall back into bad eating habbits. I feel so much healthier and happier when I I eliminate sugar! I want to keep it going for as long as I can and also lose some weight in the process. Also to stay at a healthy weight instead of going back and forth. Wish me luck!

Any suggestions for a chocolate desert that has healthy sugars. That someone can use on the Atkins Induction Phase.

If you are looking for chocolate. Reese's has miniature sugar free peanut butter cups.They cost less than the Atkins brand and they have 27g total carb , but minus the 6g of dietary fiber and 20g sugar alcohols you are left with ONLY 1g net carb!!!! The serving size is 5 pieces!!Very Happy 5 pieces of candy and only one net carb....I will take that!

I'm not sure but green means veggies and you might have less meals to eat for the day if you do that because of your carb intake from the veggies. Unless you plan to drink your veggies. Are you on induction? Because if you are you can't have any fruit. Sounds hard, but maybe if you find one with a protein powder and use one cup of greens? Hope you find what your looking for.
