im a 24 year old housewife. that has battled with weight gain since i hit puberty. i want to lose weight so i can feel comfortable with myself again. but most importantly so i can finally get pregnant and be healthy. i am very much in love with my husband rudy aka baby and do mostly everything with him because he works in the oilfield and i dont always get to spend as much time with him as i would want to. i just signed in to a gym for a 2 year contract and hope i can actually see result.

i like to listen to anything that would typically make me get up and dance. like black eyed peas. and lady gaga, beyonce i recently been obsessed with the song WITH YOU IN MY HEAD by UNKLE. but maybe its cause i loved it in eclipse

what kind of routine to do at the gym
i just signed in to the gym but have no idea what im doing. i been signed in for 2 weeks but have only gone 3 times because i have no idea what to do and every one seems to know what they're doing. i just been on the elliptical and that was a challenge cause i didn't even know how to get it started lol. so please if anyone has a good routine going pass it along please cause im so confused.
