Discipline?
I weigh daily and allow myself 5 lbs leeway. when I hit close to the 5 lbs I get serious. While I do agree that discipline is in the eating I will say that each person has their way of doing things to keep their weight under control. Mine is weighing daily. Good luck to you moonmountain

28 August 2019
Today was better than yesterday. I thought I would eat the house down. I only ate the right stuff, just LOTS of it. I really thought about pulling that wagon into the edge of the woods and setting it on fire but then I remembered that I am accountable to a group that is very supportive. How can I let then down? I will stick this out, after all my goal is to learn or relearn healthy eating habits. I hope you all have had a successful day!
