Hello!!!! I just started macros in January and I am down 20 pounds! I had a hamstring injury which derailed my health and fitness goals quite a bit this summer but I believe I am ready to jump back into the game. I have my macro numbers squared away and I am easing into certain excersises due to my injury. My goal is to lose 25 pounds by February 1st. 4 and 1/2 months. Cheers to hitting our goals!

New to Fat Secret
Hello all! I am fairly new to FatSecret - a bodybuilder friend of mine recommended it to me over MFP. I thought I would be able to input my desired macros but it seems it just calculates it all for me?? (RDI?). Is there a way I can tell it my macro goals without it calculating it's own? Any help would be much appreciated! Smile
