I actually started Jenny Craig Oct '07 and started at 199.4. I cannot fix my weight tracker here. as of Mother's Day '08, I am down 46 pounds since I started.

Frozen Meals Anyone???
I have lost 46 lbs on Jenny Craig (I can't adjust my start date in my stats for some reason.) I've been on the program for 28 weeks and although it is pricey, the program has premium food and a great service for accuntability and counseling.

if you're doing it on your own, depending your start weight (I was just about 200 lbs.) a diet of 1200 calories per day is good for me. I aim for 200-250 calories for breakfast, 300 calories for lunch and 300 calories for dinner. I add two servings of skim milk or yogurt, 2 servings of fruit and 100-150 caloories for a snack each day.
