I am 25 years old, and I am very happily married. I found out that because I am obese :( that I have developed Poly-cystic Ovarian disease. Me being so young, and not having any children (this disease not allowing me to either), that I need to do something about my weight. Doctors told me if I lose weight, it could eventually allow me to have the family I've always wanted. I work overnights, so my life is a little different from the average person. My breakfast is at 9PM, my lunch is 2AM and my dinner is at 9am, so not so easy to come up with a suitable diet when I have to eat at the worst part of the day to eat. I need help. I would love any weight loss help or advice anyone wants to share. I am willing to try anything, except sea food, as to I cannot eat that. Thank you all.
