I am 24 and I officially started my weight loss journey on 29 April, 2012, I weigh 88 kg (193 lbs)and now I weigh 77 kg (169 lbs). I'm trying to achieve my goal weight and be happy, thin, beautiful and proud. I want to regain control of my own body ad start living a healthy life.
