I switched up the 5/2 plan to my own 1/2 plan. One day fasting, 2 days of eating normally, but healthy. Rinse and repeat. And it's working very well. :-)

I'm doing great now, I kind of stalled for a while, see sawing between the same 10 pounds for months. So I decided to shake it up and started with the 5/2 plan, which is intermittent fasting. It's working wonderfully, I'll probably stay with this for a long time. ;-)

Easter did me in. Seriously. I bought so much Easter candy that my weight loss stalled for 4 months. And that's how long it took me to consume all that candy. I didn't gain, but I also didn't lose! lol But now I'm back with the program, and the weight is again dropping. 1.5 pounds and I'll be at a normal BMI!!! Can't believe it, to be honest.
I've been absent from the FS site for months now, but I've still been logging everything...it's just that I do it on the Calorie Count site now, as I get more nutritional data from that site than I do here. It tracks more nutrients, grades me daily intake, and that seems to be really helping me now.
Hope y'all are still fighting the good fight...and making those lifestyle changes that you need to make!!! Remember, this isn't a sprint, it isn't a race, the is for the rest of our lives! :-)

Sorry, I'm still with the "program" but I'm now using the CC site as it has more nutritional info available on what I'm eating. Hope y'all are still sticking with your lifestyle changes! :-)
