I am almost 24... will be there by April and hope to be at goal weight by then. I am a mother of two wonderful children and hope that by May I will be a stay at home mom. I am trying all sorts of things to get the weight off... And I am going to go raw for a week in hopes it will help me out.

Yes io agree don't weigh every day try to stick to once a week weigh ins you still see the chart going down also look at calories consumed vs exercise and you will see the difference if you burn more than you eat you know you are on your way to lose weight. And another thing is to try and think of it as a life style change not a diet. Coz once it is a diet you can easily fall off it and when you return to your old eating pattern you will gain all you lost and have to restart all over again.
