I'm a 19 year old college student.

I actually enjoy eating healthily and working out regularly, except I do the opposite if I'm feeling stressed or upset! A vicious circle begins when I start to feel worse about myself gaining weight.

It's always good to try to better yourself.

Scan yourself internally. Is your stomach actually empty? How much time has passed since you last ate?
I feel like eating when I'm bored. Just find something to distract yourself.

also, make sure that you are eating enough. Fibre and protein rich foods help you stay fuller for longer.

Wii Fit Vs Scale
I've been thinking about buying a wii fit, so I'm interested in hearing if there are any glitches.

I heard the fat percentage it calculates is inaccurate and subject to extreme fluctuations also..

Getting into Jogging
I also admire runners I see on the street Very Happy ! ..but I feel like my awkward gait and low skill level would just be inviting people’s scorn..
Everyone in my neighbourhood seems to have specialized running gear. Even though I think a person should be able to run barefoot, it still gives the impression that running is an elite activity, if that makes sense?

But thank you for all your comments! I really need to work on toughening up.
