Fat Smash Diet Info
I read up on the Fat Smash Diet and it seems interesting enough to try. I am a college student trying to lose up to 25 pounds. Any tips? Also I did not see a structure to the phases, can someone direct me to where to find that information? Or reply to this post with the structure? Is it based on caloric intake or just small portions? Thanks for the help! Good luck to everyone who's dieting and watching their weight.
