i try to stay going to the gym and eating right but its hard when my husband doesnt eat anything but junk food and i always seem to hurt myself so its days off from the gym.....i want to get in better shape im trying to get in better shape but it seems like 3 staps forward is like 400 steps back.....

i like to play tennis and box on my wii but i have no idea how many calories i burn.......how do i enter that into the exercise part? im so confused...

Today has been so hard...I am the Captain for Relay for Life for my job which I was extremely proud they offered this to me but being outside all day next to grilling hotdogs....really? my weight has always been up and down and im usually super strict on my diet but for some odd reason lately I have been all about fast food and junk food so as always my weights sky rockets back up which makes me feel extremely well down again....
