Motivated to loose weight for a wedding mid-March and then maintain afterwards. Seems I am always on a diet because I am terrible about maintaining once I reach goal. Seems to be all or nothing! Determined to make this time different with reasonable lifestyle changes.

Yes Becca that helps. Could you state the percentage represented by each bar? I know green is 75% and blue is 100%. What are the others? Thanks so much!
