I am a 26 year old mother of two boys, 2 and 6! I work 8 hours a day and recently have been going to the gym for an hour 5 days a week. Latley Ive been thinking about my age and really started to notice how much weight ive put on after my 2 year old was born. Getting to the point I want to be at is not going to be too hard; for me KEEPING the weight off will be extremely difficult. But I am super motivated right now and usually when I am stuck on something, in the end I will get what I want! My entire life so far up in till now, I have never had to worry about my weight or food, now thats ALL I think about...for now I will continue to work out, count my calories and try to drop some major pounds:)
