sticking to a plan
Hi, I have for years tried different methods of loosing weight, I think I now know the secrete. 10,000 steps (walking) per day (minimum) and count the calories (eat anything). If you want extra food, add more steps. Keep a record using whatever web tools you wish, this is important because it creates motivation. Pick the number of calories you feel are suitable as the start point (my start is 1900K per day - male etc.)by walking 10,000 steps this can increase to 2300k or more and I still loose weight, obviously I try to keep lower than the allowed calories. This method seems to train your attitude for eating and walking. Another essential is - take the time to accomplish your daily task - for me this is setting aside 1 1/2 hours for walking and 1/2 hour recording. Allocating enough time can be a big detractor but is essential for any plan to work. Thanks for reading.
