67 years young, trying to be better at self care and come out of this pandemic fitter, lighter and stronger. I don't want my son to see that I have become an old lady, as we haven't seen each other in person for 18 months. I want him to be wowed by my healthiness!!! The more I do now the more i benefit down the line......

Hi, I am new to this website and wonder if somebody would be kind enough to tell me if the numbers stated within the food diary, where we enter our data, show the percentage of say protein eaten, or the weight?! I am sure its obvious once you know. Thanks
