Delicious instant oatmeal...
Try stirring in a quarter cup of pumpkin, some pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and a packet of splenda! It's an awesome way to have your pumpkin pie, and eat it too! Smile

Becoming a Vegan
I suggest starting off vegetarian to get a "feel for things," then go vegan. It's what I did! I was much much easier.
