Thanks, i wish you good luck in this! I think the problem of obesity in the modern world has a place to be because of such fast food giants as McDonald's who make free food extremely high in calories and fatty for the consumer. Your research only confirms my thoughts. But fortunately for those people who are faced with the problem of obesity, it can be solved independently by refusing junk food in fast food and resorting to physical activity. I advise you to look on Instagram for posts in which famous fitness trainers talk about how to eat right and what exercises to do in order to lose weight. I found there quite a lot of posts on this topic and noticed that most often they were posted by accounts to which more than 10 thousand subscribers were subscribed.
