The reason I'm trying to lose weight is so that I can see my daughter grow up. She was born jan 2010. When I first started losing weight in 2006 I weighed 450lbs and as you can see I weigh 318 lbs at the moment meaning a loss of of 132lbs or so. I've done this by increasing my activity level a little bit and am watching my calorie intake sticktly staying below what the app says with an occasional day where I do go over or binge and some days when I eat less the half of the calories allowed but in the end if I've eaten an average of 3100 or less a day for the week I will lose 1lb.
