I've been into fitness and bodybuilding off and on since I was a teenager. I took some time off from the gym and got fat again.
I got serious about getting fit again when I found myself avoiding looking in the mirror because I can't stand to see how fat I am.
My goal is to weigh 180-185 lbs by the end of 2020, and be under 20% body fat, the same as when I turned 47.
It's not as easy as it was in my 40s, but we'll see if I can accomplish it again.
