I've been over weight my whole life.what ever weight I would lose would come right back. 01/18/18 I weighed 253. I started doing research and studying and learning every thing for my self and put together a plan for me from what I've learned..im still twerking my plan everyday trying new things and seeing what have the best results. It hasn't quite been 2 months yet but I'm down to a little over 220 my last weigh in but I've gained an enormous amount of muscle mass to go with it.im on a cut right now but trying to gain more muscle in lacking areas.i study and research every thing everyday and I'm extremely motivated to keep taking my body to places it's never been.
