How do I Delete an exercise from my exercise diary??

Click on the exercise you want to take off. Pull down the box and choose "reduce by" and then choose what you want to replace it with either "resting" or "sleeping".

They have resting and sleeping so that you can see an estimated total calories you burn a day. Your body is always using energy even when you are not "exercising".
