I am a mother of two. I have recently graduated college and turning 30 in March 2010. my next move for me and my family is to get healthy. I have joined a local Biggest Loser challenge at my gym.We are four weeks into in and I have lost 4.5 lbs. This journey will be difficult because of other medical and medicines I take but I am ready for the challenge, NO EXCUSES!!

What is your weekly challenge??? 2-28-10 (Sun)
Hope everyone had a great weekend and getting ready for the upcoming week. I fell short this week on keeping my food log. UGHH So this is my focus for the week:
1. KEEP FOOD LOG
2. Drink 6 8oz glasses of water
3. Watch my carbs

I think if I keep this up I am going to treat myself to a Starbucks Coffee. Mmmm just been craving one but don't feel empty calories have been earned yet.

I hope everyone is feeling great too. I was having a tough week but I am ready to get moving again, just havent had time to hit the gym this weekend. I will make it up this week.

How often should I be using free weights?
I agree too. My trainers have told me everyother day but try to get cardio and core workouts in everyday. Figure out a schedule that works best for you!

Wii - Does anyone know where to purchase one?
They are pretty standard in price but if you go to bestbuy.com or walmart.com look for bundle deals. then you can get a few extras!
